1914 McKinley Ave, Atlantic City“I explained to him that I was at work and could not be there. I also told him I have two small dogs in the house. He said, "no problem," and there was NEVER an issue. He told me the process could take up to 3-4 days, depending on how fast the moisture would resolve. The first day they came and assessed, installed some industrial blow dyer, and sealed up the area very nicely -see photos. He explained, via text message, what the outcome would be, sent me pictures along with saying my "dogs are safe." The second day they came again and stated the area still needs a couple more days to dry. Again, he called before coming out, and while he was inside the house, he sent me pictures and made sure the dogs were safe inside. The third day he came stating the area of moisture was at 36%, and they need it to be between 13-17% before they could remove the blow dryer. Every single day he communicated, explained, and always asked me if I was okay with the work done. He made sure I understood what the job entailed and left the area clean and presentable. If you have water damage (which I do not wish on anyone), John Ortega, at PuroClean of Sunrise, is your go-to for all your restoration needs.“
