Steve was excellent to work with. very knowledgeable in the trade, showed up on time , very thorough during inspection and took the time to explain every question we had about septic and made sure we had all concerns and questions addressed before he finished inspection. Its so nice to work with an honest septic pumping company. I have a relatively new system, second pumping. Appreciated the timeliness, thoroughness. Zach explained to me that I had a second tank outlet, underground access. It was in dire need of pumping since first company didn't mention it. It was also not clear on my design or town approved certificates that there was a separate area that needed to be cleared.
