If a career in plumbing doesn't work out, Melissa would make bank as a therapist. She handled my inane ramblings regarding the latest disaster to strike the house with grace and thoughtfulness. Rich, who also had an award-winning temperament, deftly handled our situation with precision and confidence. It was a complicated job, but by the time it was all done, not only was everything perfectly working, it was put back together in such a way that you never would have known they were even there (which is saying something, given the amount of digging that occured and the location of that digging). True mastery of craft and planning! I might add that Rich and MSI were also fair. When we encountered some unforeseen circumstances, I thought for sure we were in for it. Rich made a dozen calls with a variety of professionals, talked through the issue with me, and in the end, an issue that I thought would have added weeks to our timeline was resolved within a day.

“We needed new porch steps, some railings, and a big column replacement. Our house is old, so we wanted to keep the traditional look. Brian was very careful and deliberate in his work, and he went the "extra mile" to make the porch look classy and classic.“

“My husband and I tackled the renovation & restoration of a 200-year-old stone home on College Hill in Easton. We were making a 900 sq ft stone home (with 1 bed & 1 bath) into a 2700 sq. ft. home with 3 beds & 3.5 baths. This required building up and out from the original structure. No easy feat to marry new building materials to an antique structure. To make matters worse, the architectural plans that we paid for, were very inaccurate. We were losing the look and function of what we wanted; not to mention pass code inspections.
George and his crew were able to work on the fly to troubleshoot the issues and devise new plans that maintained the integrity of our vision. George even made suggestions during these revisions to enhance features that had been overlooked by the architect.
They began the work when they said, kept a tidy and safe worksite, completed on time and stayed in our budget.
We would never have had this overwhelming endeavor go as well as it did…if it were not for George. He saved us and the dream of transforming our home. Our friends and family were in awe of the magnificent final results.“
