It was a very refreshing and remarkable experience for us and our wedding party. Everyone at the Living Lux was very friendly and welcoming. “This is the third Woodhouse Day Spa location I've been to. Every time I visit one, I have a pretty good experience. I decided to come here as a treat for myself for my birthday back in April. I made a late morning appointment for a massage on a Friday. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk. I was given a robe and slides to wear. I went in the changing room to change and went to the relaxation room to relax. One thing about it. This place was busy! The relaxation room was a bit full, which wasn't all that relaxing for me. While I waited, I had to fill out a form which goes over a few medical things and asks if there's any particular areas you'd like them to focus on or avoid. Next, I was called in for my massage. Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and just what I needed. After it was done, I sat in the relaxation room for a few minutes and then I went to change and head out. Overall, I had a pretty good experience here and would return.“

The skin assessment form had so many questions and I was having a hard time filling it out but she helped me with it with patience. After listening to my skin concerns, she recommended a couple of treatments. I really trusted her knowledge because she explained the treatments and answered all of my questions.
