I have a very old house which was passed onto me with a lot of issues. I couldn't have chosen a better inspector. If you haven't read the "Meet Your Inspector " on the SAW Home Inspections website, I recommend you do so. Steve is everything he says he is and then some. He is extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. There's a lot to be said for experience. He found many issues I didn't think about that should be addressed. He took the time to answer all my questions with an explanation. It shows throughout his inspection that he really cares and takes his job seriously. My grandfather was a carpenter and built quality houses. He was smiling from above with my choice in Steve. I would put Steve on a pedestal right up there next to my grandfather. I highly recommend SAW Home Inspections.

I recently hired this company to have my central A/C replaced. I found all of the employees to be courteous and helpful, especially Tom. There were a few unforeseen glitches during the installation, and he maintained his professional demeanor and continued to follow-up on the situation until everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
