He came on site a few different times before the project to make sure he was doing the best remedy for the job. He broke up the floor, decomissioned the old sump, replaced the pipe with ones that will stand the rest of time, put in a new sump pit and sump pump. The basement was tested with one storm that had the sump pit running overnight. We woke up to a completely dry basement. The first time this has EVER happened in the last twenty years!
