Dr Rosato was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. She even showed me the pictures they took of the inside of my eye and showed me the floater that was giving me a problem. Today I needed his evaluation as a patient (and inconveniently on a Saturday afternoon) with an eye injury. He was amazing and met me at the office for an exam and treatment. “First, I want to say there is a different doctor now. She is extremely competent. I have a very difficult vision issue. My eyes do not track and thus I see double. She was able to correct my vision with prisms and corrected my farsightedness. I brought my three granddaughters to her, one has severe farsightedness, one is autistic and one is just young. She treated them all with great care (she even was able to get eyedrops in the autistic girl and the little girl). They all loved her and enjoyed their visits. On to the glasses, they have a decent assortment of glasses and do a great Job measuring and ordering. Note: they even let us know that due to the insurance we have it might take a little longer to get our glasses. (two weeks). That was nice to know.“

Dr. Labib took it upon herself to go above and beyond and rectify the situation.
