“Beware of being overcharged for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told they have an appointment open the next day and they could fit me in. When I got the bill, I was charged for an emergency appointment of $100 instead of $65 for a regular appointment. They would not change it because the appointment was given to me within 24 hours. I did not ask for an emergency appointment or to be seen in 24 hours. I just asked for an appointment.

To follow up: A technician called to ask about my dog and I told her about the overcharge situation. She took the time and effort to address the overcharge, which will be credited to my account. I’m very happy that she made that effort to help me out with this after I spent hundreds of dollars for the vet appointment.“

“I’ve been taking my dog and cats to Warren animal hospital for almost 4 years now after being unhappy with our previous vet. Everyone at Warren is always amazing and helpful. They are a pretty busy animal hospital, but when my animals are sick they always try to get us in to see one of the doctors because my animals are familiar with warren and more comfortable there. They are attentive and very caring and I recommend them to all of my dog training clients. The only downside is they don’t take exotics like ferrets and bearded dragons so I have to go to a different vet for them.“
