A+ service from start to finish! From my initial contact to scheduling and cleaning, they did exactly what they said they'd do, exactly as promised. Will definitely recommend to my real estate clients.

I bought an existing townhouse in Barnegat that had an HVAC unit with dual thermostats. Almost the first thing I did after the walk through was pull open the furnace filter.... something the building inspector failed to do! It was the wrong size (4... 1X20X25 instead of 4X20X24!) and the color of a black cat and just as fuzzy... And I next lifted up a floor vent off the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, and it was filled with sand, Cheerios, and lollypop sticks! Which meant all the duct work was likely equally debris filled. So I called Air Doctor to set up an appointment because I knew they had kept my house in Tinton Falls pristine for years and from the looks of the house... which was left like college students lived here who didn't care if they wanted their deposit back... not to mention the dog... well, you know. So I paid them $650 because its several floors. They took all the sand and debris out through the bottom/outside so it does not ruin the compressor and I put in a new filter. What a difference CLEAN makes! And we then had painting and hardwood installed. I will have them BACK after all the construction is finished. They were like... Its okay. There's not a rush... (smile.) When I am finished with everything, I will definitely have them back!
