I've been a member at Track Your Fitness for a while now, and I can confidently say that it has been a transformative experience for me. From the moment I joined, I knew I was in the right place. TYF has been such a wonderful experience and total game changer for my fitness. I train with Karli, whom I adore! We started working on strength from the ground up in hopes to improve my back pain. I’m 3 months in and experience less back pain thanks to my new glute, core, and full body strength.Other great things:The atmosphere in the gym is friendly and not intimidating.Use of the InBody scale shows your progress and where you can do better.Karli is an amazing support system - she trains to your body’s needs, offers nutrition guidance, and regularly delivers motivational texts to help you along your fitness journey.
