This isn't a review so much as it is a thank you. I got miles & pounds to go, but I am on my way, with Charlie's leadership and help. Thank you for helping me get my life on track. Thank you for the consistent life & nutritional consulting, the training expertise & the proven process designed to improve my health. In addition to improved cardio health and solid weight loss, Charlie and team have helped me w neck, shoulder and hip issues, almost accidentally as we do a variety of exercises. The facility is top notch, but it is outdone by the trainers. Have trained with Karli and Wes at times, and every single session has been great. In this quarantine life, I don't know where I would be, physically & emotionally, without TYF. Again, thank you to TYF.
One of the best facilities I have ever stepped into! The trainers are genuine and care so much about each and every client. The whole atmosphere is amazing. The gym is always clean and with state of the art equipment, doesn’t get better than that!
