“Very pleasant group of people with whom to deal. This summer they replaced my 25-year old roof and accomplished it in a single day. The work itself is messy, but they did everything possible to accomplish it in a tidy fashion. The price was very competitive too.

Additionally, they replaced my exterior wood deck that was also original to the home and 25-years old with a synthetic deck. This work was also accomplished in a single day.

Both jobs had issues along the way, but this company addressed them all effectively. The synthetic deck has one such issue remaining, as one of the railings was slightly scarred coming right out of the manufacturer's packaging.

I am waiting for a replacement part to reach this contractor and for them to replace the single railing. This will be happening later this week.

Normally, I'd have concern about getting this replacement addressed. However, given their conduct through the two jobs, as well as offering that I hold back an adequate sum from the total cost until they make the replacement, I have comfort and confidence they will follow through.“

“I highly recommend Mattsson Roofing! Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. He explained how he could repair the leak in my roof to extend its life and though we chose to to go with the new roof option, I found it refreshing to be given a cheaper solution by a contractor. Erik’s sent his project manager Craig to my house to oversee the job. Craig sent me daily overhead drone photos of my roof’s progress as my roof is very high. Plus, at the end of each day, the Mattsson team thoroughly checked my driveway to ensure it was clear of nails and debris. They worked very clean and it was so evident they had a very high standdard of excellence and pride in the work they do. “Jared and crew of AJ Construction recently did a deck staining for me, ,they were on time, very professional and meticulous about their work, it really showed they take pride in their work no matter how small or big a job, they used top of the line deck stain without me even asking,they worked extremely neat and competitively price, will most likely use AJ Construction for other projects. **Note** from the before and after pics, if you see some spots of wood filler, it is MY fault, originally was going to do solid stain but then switched to semi transparent, Aj construction did their best by applying 3 coats in those areas but ultimately it was my fault not theirs.“

“Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

“John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.“
