I also LOVE my stylist, Katie and I've been having her do my hair for years now I've even referred some friends to her because I trust her so much! Her coloring skills are more than amazing and she's always willing to listen to exactly what I want. I usually do some version of blond highlights but I like to switch it up a little so she basically recreates my blond a bit each time. She even indulged me when I told her I wanted to go red and it was stunning! The best part though, is that Katie is honest. “Cheap and fast! Why else would you come here? 3 haircutters were working when I got there. Checked ahead of time so I was on top of the list. If you are looking for a standard haircut that does not have a lot of intricate cuts or don't have time to go to front-row barbers, you can check in and get a haircut in a jiffy. My haircutter and I had a difficult time understanding each other. But that is OK. if you are reading my reviews sometimes you don't understand what I mean. So I let that one go. I hope my wife will do the same because the part of the haircut that was more of her request was the part I could not seem to fully articulate / or she was not able to get. We will find out tonight. If it is not up to snuff, I might have to go to front-row barbers all the time...“

“The representatives here are extremely knowledgeable about their product. They are very helpful in guiding you to what you're looking for or helping you find replacemeant if that's what you need. Recently I didn't want to spend $27 for my IT Cosmetics mascara, The representative was extremely helpful in helping me find a comparable alternative. I'm not in love with the product but it is better than what I've previously used such as Cover Girl & Mabelline. The representative was really cool & fun to talk to! That's important because I wanted an alternative product and had no idea what to get and only knew what I didn't want. I hope he is there the next time I need assistance!“
