An amazing place to train; It has a diverse plethora of disciplines to learn, friendly and engaged instructors, and supportive environment at whatever starting point in boxing the trainers are really good they take there time to explain what they have to do I recommend this place

Joe is the best. My son got his black belt many years ago. And now my daughter is going for her black belt. It's a clean environment. Hes Knowledgeable, and kind with the kids. I highly recommend taking classes there.

We LOVE MFC Academy!! My daughter participates in their kids MMA/jiu jitsu class and she has so much fun, gets her energy out, and most importantly learns how to defend herself. Highly recommend bringing your kids here!
