What a amazing experience getting a tow. I know it sounds crazy. Steve the tow truck driver had the most optimistic attitude really sounded as he cared and i wasnt just another tow. Use this company! The day before I spent HOURS - working with my insurance company's 'roadside service group - trying to get someone and no one showed. So today, I called back and they sent Lucas Towing; Steve came very quickly. He thought this was for a tire change, but there were several issues I didn't realize. One - of many - was needing a lugnut key, which was supposed to have been sold with car, but didn't appear to have happened but the bigger issue was I had both tires on left being flat .Steve was able to get me towed to a tire place and I am grateful Thank you Steve!
