We were having our bathroom remodeled by UPS. I purchased all the tile and bathroom fixtures and vanity for the job. Everything was ripped out of the bathroom it was when things were getting installed that the problems began. The tiles in the shower stall were not placed properly. one wall had to be completely removed. When it was put back it was slightly better. One wall had beautiful glass tiLes but they were cut with the wrong saw. The bottom riw look like a beaver chewed them. We contracted to have wainscoting put on lower half of walls. Again I don't know if blade wasn't sharp but the cuts were a disaster. Then they used tons of clear caulking which made a complete mess of the wallboards. they redid the ceiling in order to install a new vent fan, it was all uneven and the corners had holes! The vanity and marble top were put on incorrectly . I have photos of all this. UPS was paid in full because the owner is a family friend. BIG MISTAKE. when I called and told him the disaster his guys left I could get no one to honor the contract that was signed. We paid in good faith for a bathroom that high school kids could have done better. After many calls and texts with no response we had to hire another company to come in and right almost all the wrongs. We also had to hire a plumber because they did not install shower properly and it was leaking. The new company came in and couldn't believe they left us this bathroom in this condition. They had to remove all the ruined wainscoting and molding and buy all new materials and reinstall. They had to remove the vanity and sink and reinstall because is wasn't attached properly. The ceiling had to be entirely redone. And they tried to clean up the messy tile work as much as possible. They did a great job and now I could walk in there without wanting to scream! I do not recommend you use this company. if they can do this to people they know what will they do for you?

I called for a price on asbestos removal. Barely one minute into the conversation, the man said "You sound like a bitch. I could never deal with you. Please don't call again." And hung up. This was in response to me saying "Yes, I understand" when he was explaining when it would be a good idea to rip up asbestos floor tiles.
