“I've been coming to SX for the past three years. I absolutely love Van, the owner, she's very kind, patient and attentive. However, I was very disappointed with the lady who recently did my nails. She wore gloves and kept rough handling my hands while repeatedly telling me to relax them . On top of that, she very aggressively instructed me to put my hands in the UV light. Women come into beauty salons to get pampered, not to be aggressively rushed through a manicure. I actually had to ask the lady to be more gentle with my hands and gentle with her tone. Once she realized I was not going to stand for her rude behavior, she changed her attitude and tried pleasantly talking to me. I think it's so important to make a customer feel comfortable at the beginning of the service so they can ease into everything. This whole experience stressed me out and although I adore Van, I'm hesitant to return.“
