We own a second home on the big lake. I got a call from our alarm company that the temperature was below 40 degrees. My local caretaker also got the call and had Terry come fix it on an emergency basis. Terry fixed the oil burner and serviced the hot water heater same day for a very reasonable price. I have asked him to give me a quote on replacing the entire heating unit which is original to the house -- Jimmy Carter was president. I highly recommend this Yankee tradesman.
