This was a Christmas prese t from our daughter. Since I have mobility problems I can't do what I was able to previously.A crew of three cleaners arrived at my home on Tuesday 2/16. They spent almost 3 hours and went thru my house top to bottom. They were absolutely terrific. They were professional, courteous, pleasant, with excellent skills. I am looking forward to seeing them again next mnth.Service: Deep clean

The crew cleaned well. I paid a gratuity via Venmo to the owner. I paid his invoice separately. He NEVER paid the gratuity out to the crew. This is ILLEGAL. When questioned, he (Tim) was argumentative and responded with vulgarities. He told me it was none of my business whether he paid the crew the gratuity or not. But I have been in contact with the crew and they have not received the gratuity. If he paid it out, he wouldn't have been so defensive. I would never recommend this company. Don't believe his reply. Whether or not I should be in touch with the staff, is irrelevant. He forgot that he gave me a phone number of one of his staff, and good thing....so... read full review
