Wanted to install a remote starter in my Audi. Called and they took me next day. Quoted me 2 hours for job and completed in 1:15. This was my first time with a remote starter from a third party. so had lots of questions and receptionist (Janice) and owner (Joe) were very kind, patient, helpful and answered all my questions. Just had a couple new speakers, and amplifier installed here. Totally what I was looking for . Very pleased with the way the scheduling went as well as install . Will be doing upgrades here in the future!

By far the best customer service and product ever. Got my Drone remote start installed here couple years ago was extremely happy. was just now notified by drone I needed to have a unit upgrade I ordered it brought it back to this shop was met by the same kind gentleman that Had installed it couple years ago he replaced the part today in in record time and I had a problem getting it to reset he patiently tried a few times to get it to accept when he could not he reached out to his friend who actually is the genius behind this remote start and I was up and running perfectly and best of all drone said the price of part did not include installation but this awsome store... read full review
