I used Simon as a consultant for the new Orthodontic office I was building. Even though I used an extremely experienced architectural company, Simon's contributions were invaluable. He suggested many ideas that helped improve both my office's design and functionality. Simon also had great suggestions that ultimately saved me money. He has a very unique perspective as being both a builder and a dentist. I highly recommend any dentist or dental specialist that is building an office to retain Simon as a consultant. If you're local to him and can use him to build your office, even better! Thanks again Simon!

From my experience Simon and his team are hands down the best builders in New England for dental practices. We chose Simon after looking at several top builders in the area for dental practices and I'm so glad we went with Simon. His background in the dental field helped us tremendously as he made several suggestions for the design which we would not have thought of. Simon also went above and beyond in helping us out by finding a building code consultant who helped our architect solve an issue with the building code that saved us $20K+. I am a small cabinet shop owner and have worked on several dental offices as a sub contractor for Beylin Builders building and installing cabinetry for Simon's customers over the last two years or so. As a contractor Simon has always put the needs of his customers first. Quality is always at the forefront when a decision on materials or design elements are being executed.As a subcontractor it is always nice to be paid on time and with myself and other sub's I have seen on site, Simon always has a check in hand when you finish.I would recommend Beylin Builders to any customer or sub contractor that wants a "no drama" experience building or upgrading their dental practice....read full review
