Rymes was taken over by Superior Plus Propane. This review applies to Superior, although Rymes wasn't much better. Terrible customer service. If you don't constantly call and hold their hands, you won't get anything from them. You have to do their work for them because they consistently fail to do their job and don't really seem to care. Their CSR's do not communicate with each other and do not follow up as they should. Given this is a service organization they have fallen terribly short of an acceptable level of service. Sadly, this seems to be the case within the oil and gas supplying industry. It's a bit of a monopoly and they all seem to have a "could care less, go somewhere else if you don't like it" attitude. If it were not for the good group-buy price we get for propane I would have kicked their six to the curb a long time ago. They have one service tech for our area, he is very capable and a good guy, "IF" you can get him! He came to our house to address a propane leak at our generator. He rounded the corner and said the installation was done completely wrong, and it was done by another Superior tech who no longer works for them. Good luck.

Truly wish there was an opportunity to give no stars, as one star suggests some level of competency or an ability for customer service.About five weeks ago, following an oil delivery my Ring-like door cam notified me of someone at my place. Seems Sean, the service manager at the Lebanon office, decided to make a random visit as my copper fill and vent pipe needed to replaced with iron to bring it up to code. He said he was there to check it out so he could make the change without a labor cost, only charging me for the materials as they didn't want customer to go without oil and no labor fee would help make it easier. Terrible customer service. Turns off auto delivery and doesn't notify their customers. We ran out of propane. Called and paid up front for a delivery. Was supposed to be called back with a confirmed delivery date when we were told it would be Wednesday which was two days away. Did not receive any calls until Wednesday claiming they wouldn't deliver unless we paid them another $125-. We are already stuck paying over a dollar more per gallon than other companies. We are switching as soon as the other company can come out. Until then they know we don't have a choice but to overpay for their services. Basically extorting us just to have fuel for our home
