Rymes Propane & Oil

I've had Rymes providing our propane for over 6 years. They've always been helpful, informative, and timely. We participated in the traditional fuel group and make monthly payments with a locked in rate. It's been really great, even as propane prices soar. Thank you, Rymes, for being a great provider while we lived here!I can't believe the negative comments here because our experience has been opposite. We have recommended Rymes multiple times to friends and neighbors.

These folks are terrific -truly! i don't know what happened in the other instance. i have worked with them for many years and have found both service managers and repair people especially to be polite, punctual, and efficient. From Marian on the phone to Don working on our boiler, I've only great things to say about Rymes.

I vascillated between giving 4 or 5 stars and decided to give 5 based on the final outcome. The oil tank that came with the house we bought was quite rusted and after inspection was found to be unserviceable. There was difficulty scheduling tank replacement initially when calling the main phone number (there is no number to the local office) and getting passed around through the grapevine. We were initially told it would be 3 weeks until we could get a new tank, which was frustrating because it was end of October and we had no heat!

I decided to go in to speak to the manager of the local office directly and he was able to get me in two days later! From that point...read full review
