Wayne was super friendly and very helpful. My laptop had a continuing audio problem, and Wayne was able to diagnose the computer in 24 hours and was able to give sound advice. It was very apparent that Wayne had my interests at heart, and he was very fair in pricing.

Wayne charged me almost nothing to diagnose a major problem with my MacBook. He helped me figure out that it was still under warranty and referred me to an Apple service provider. I would definitely trust Wayne for future help or repair work.

Wayne has worked on my aging Lenovo laptop on three different occasions. When the hard drive crashed, he worked assiduously and was able to retrieve all my data and software and put it on a new drive…a veritable miracle. He works very quickly (no three or four week delays) and his rates are more than reasonable. He will continue to be my “go to” for any computer work. You will not find a more reliable and capable computer expert out there!
