I called Ben and he came the following day. We have a rustic log home and I was concerned about what the outside installation of pipes and outside unit would look like. Ben installed 2 mini-splits inside our log home and placed all the pipes hidden in the corner of 2 closets. There's no visible pipes, wiring inside or outside our rustic log home. Ben and his awesome crew did an OUTSTANDING QUALITY JOB. I want to add they installed our mini-splits in 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Our electrician came the following week and Ben came on that same day to test the units and show us how to run the units. Fantastic company! I try to self service everything I can, but our central A/C stopped working despite my best efforts. Called Nichols and the owner came out the same day. He quickly found the issue, fixed it, and offered advice for future upgrades (that will save us money in the long run).I will be using Nichols again and once it’s time to replace the old A/C unit, I won’t even consider another company. Very fair pricing, excellent customer service, and superior product outcomes.

I recently had Nichols Heating and Cooling install a 5 zone mini split system in my home, and the experience was fantastic. Ben and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They provided excellent customer service, answering all my questions and customizing the installation to meet my specific needs. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, as the installation was meticulous and they were very respectful of my home.
