“I have been a patient of Raynor dental for years & yesterday was probably one of the beet dental experiences I have had. I cannot thank Raynor Dental enough. From Kelly at the front desk to Lexy the assistant to Dr. Dan.
I called in the middle of the day because I broke a filling that was done 3 weeks ago and I was in a ton of pain as this was a sensitive tooth to begin with. Kelly at the front desk so kind & caring on the phone and did not fail to try and find the quickest opening for me to come in even if it was the Peterborough office, she did not give up. There was an opening for me to be seen that day but they couldn’t guarantee any treatment as it was nearing the end of the work day. I accepted the appointment just for someone to help the pain I was in. I got there and they immediately took me back and examined my issue and saw the broken filling that so so sensitive to anything, even talking. I knew I needed a crown as that was the plan of action with my last filling if it did not hold based on the placement of it. With it being a holiday week/weekend I knew they would have limited appointments. Dr. Dan told me that the earliest appointment was next week to have a crown placed. I was devastated knowing it was a long weekend & I would be in so much pain. Dr. Dan came back and told me that he talked to a few people and they were willing to STAY LATER to do the crown. Dr. Dan & Lexy literally stayed in the office over an hour later to ensure I was taken care of and not in pain. Not to mention both of them were so kind & professional. Raynor dental has definitely earned way more than 5 stars on this.“
