My first appointment today, was absolutely wonderful! I met Kaitlan, Josh, Dr. Molly, and Erica! I initially spoke with Erica twice via phone, she patiently answered my personal and insurance related questions regarding becoming a new Patient. Kaitlan very pleasantly checked me in. Josh brought me to the exam room, patiently answering my questions, completed my X-rays(the easiest and most comfortable x-ray experience I’ve ever had), and assisted Dr Molly during our consultation and exam. Dr Molly explained my x-ray results, thoroughly examined my mouth, teeth and gums, suggested a very sensible step by step treatment plan; she too patiently answered my further questions.... read full review

I really have gone back and forth about the star ratings; I'm a patient, because I do not carry dental insurance, this place has a recommended financial 'institution' that can be used as a payment plan for any procedures to be done. Saying that, so that anyone that is LOOKING for dental healthcare can be privy to information that wasn't available upon my initial investigation. The VERY first time I had heard of this place, was YEARS ago, they were hosting a Free Dental Care day, and I had a bad wisdom tooth that needed to go ASAP; they didn't make me wait on antibiotics, or reschedule and have to pay, nor did they prescribe any antibiotics after... read full review

Always professional, kind, and caring staff. It's amazing to have seen Dr.Bowman grow his business over the last 2 decades. Always the best new technologies to make going to the dentist as comfortable and easy as possible. Love them and glad they are here in Walpole!
