Need my garage floor replaced and after numerous attempts to get someone I found Dawson Concrete. Mr. Dawson showed up within 48 hours. Mr. Dawson asked all the right questions to find out why I needed a new floor and what may have caused it to go bad. He also listened and answered every question I had. Dawson concrete was lower than what I had been told up to this point. He knew how to fix the problem and to make sure it did not happen again. Needed my garage floor removed and replaced. Made several calls to no avail. Either never returned call, did not show up or to expensive. Talked to a friend that was a concrete consultant and made a call to Dawson Concrete. They showed up next day. Estimate was lower that I had been given and they were going to do more. During initial contact. Mr. Dawson asked all the right questions and had answers for ALL of my questions. Mr. Dawson was more concerns as to why the original floor had gone bad and how he could correct it so it would not happen again. Crew was excellent. Arrived on time, worked hard and keep area clean. Project was done in about a week. I've had other contractors since for different jobs and they all think the floor looks great and ask me who did it. I hope Mr. Dawson doesn't mind all the extra work. A true professional operating a family business.
