Village Laundromat (fmr. Bird House Laundry)

DO NOT GO HERE. Half the machines are broken or not even on. The owner does nothing to keep this place clean. It's a complete dump that should be shut down. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in what looks like several months. Cameras everywhere, but our laundry was still stolen. There's a number to call/text but there's never a response. Hopefully the police will find out who stole from us. Shame on whoever owns this place. You are pathetic.

Washing machine didn’t go into final spin ,cloths were socked then the second dryer never got hot waited 25 minutes and it wasn’t even getting hot ,3rd dryer wasn’t registering all my coins , ended up putting $4 in it until it was completely dry

This was the absolute WORST experience that I have ever had at a laundromat. Most of the machines do not work, and many of them are not labeled out of order. The washing machine did not spin out my clothes. I had to hand wring them out in the sink. This happened to 2 other people on different machines while I was there. I put quarters in multiple dysfunctional dryers and had to move my clothes. I've wasted about $10 on broken machines and over an hour longer than a typical trip to the laundromat. I do NOT recommend. ??
