We moved to the area and had so much trouble finding a groomer for our Shih Tzu. Of course I was overprotective and hyper apprehensive of trusting someone new, in an area I was unfamiliar with. Not only was Melissa super empathetic but she was beyond kind and reassuring that our Mulligan was in good hands. She has only been groomed by 1 person for the 7 years we have had her so I was nervous for her and Melissa while transitioning to someone new. I dropped my little pupper off holding back tears, picked her up 2 hours later and was greeted with a wagging tail and a very happy pup! Melissa did a beautiful job and I would recommend her to anyone! We will absolutely be going back for spa days regularly! ❤️
Easy to book, quick responses and convienient. We used the do it yourself tub for our 3 pups. Everything you need was available. Great service.
