“We are so impressed with the outstanding service we received from Dustin at Lighthouse Restoration. Dealing with a water/mold issue is extremely stressful and Dustin quickly put our mind at ease after explaining his entire process and providing us with a detailed plan for remediation. His professionalism, honesty and genuine care for us as a customer was obvious from the start. He went above and beyond on the day of his service, even identifying and remedying additional issues he discovered along the way. Issues that I suspect most other companies would turn a blind eye to so they didn't have to deal with the extra work.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with water damage or mold. As I said to Dustin, I would LOVE to work with him again, but I really hope I don't have to. He will be the first company I call if I do encounter another water issue; that's for sure.
