Lauren Gump is the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. She was incredibly rude belittled me and made the entire appointment uncomfortable. I would never recommend Walmart vision center to anyone, absolutely awful.

Absolutely the WORST experience EVER in an optical. The optician would not listen to anything we were saying. We picked out frames and the wrong frames were entered with all the wrong measurements. Didn't even find out about that until they called a week later. When they did call they didn't leave a message. When we called back we were met with a very rude customer service rep who wouldnt take a second to let us explain why we were calling just kept being combative that she wasnt the one who called us and then to top it off, the refund process was a disater. Safe to say we will not be returning here for any future orders.

You call an make an appointment you go over the night before to verify your appointment, they never put you in. That has happened to me twice. You call and they never answer,or put you on hold and leave you there. Time to find new place for glasses
