When we left, unfortunately we saw a deceased cat in the road practically right in front of the building, so we called to tell them. We were busy driving and trying to comfort our stray kitten. They responded with " call animal control". We had to respond with, "Can you? We aren't sure where we are and we've got an upset kitten in the car. This was after 3 calls, and we knew they were there and had 0 customers there. They were just letting the automated machine answer. It was 2:10, their lunch hour ended at 2:00. Didn't think that was cool? And they are pricey. But that was just one experience, I gave them 4 stars because of benefit of the doubt.“

Dr. Wyand even used a white board to explain Lily's condition. After an injection of antibiotic and pain meds to take home, we were on our way. Lily had hopped back in her carrier and the tech that gave her the shot even made it a point to take her out of the carrier so she wouldn't associate the shot with the carrier. How thoughtful is that! I've been using their services for years and won't ever change vets.“
“We called and asked about different adoption agencies and they sent us on the right track and we were happy with the choices they gave us . Thanks for asking.“
