I had an excellent experience in the replacement of my progressive/transition lense; knowing I was leaving for an extended trip, they followed up, got the lenses in and installed them one day before I left. I was in of a new eye Dr. I called around and so many just could not accommodate me including the practice I had been seeing for well over 20 years. The Somersworth office was able to squeeze me and my son in a timely manner, and the Dr. was just amazing. I was truly impressed with the Dr.'s knowledge and his calm and non-rushed demeanor. Both my son and I will definitely be return patients.
I showed up to my appt. 3 minutes late, and they refused to see me. They said I had to refill out paperwork that might that me 5 or 10 minutes and the doctor was too busy to see me. I was NEVER told to show up early or asked to complete new forms. I have been there several times and my coverage hasn't changed. Why I couldn't complete the paper work after the doctor saw me is beyond me. Perhaps they don't care, perhaps they aren't flexible enough for they're patients, perhaps they aren't smart enough to think of these options.
