When the team arrived, Craig was there and answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I ended up needing complete rot removal/repair, and Craig (and his team) replaced all of the insulation and flashing on the sides of the home (multiple areas with rot).

I had the windows and doors replaced in June 2024, and my utility bills have gone down by hundreds of dollars a month. Even though this is a rental, it makes me so happy knowing I can pass along those savings to my tenant!
