Amazing staff, have a large heavy truck and they took the time to make sure they could do the service but also not damage my truck. They offer fleet service. Just an amazing group of people
I decided to try VIP out for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. Jen at the desk found me a same day appointment. Service was relatively quick, eventhough a tech had called out for the day. Had a coffee during my wait. Free bottled water is also available. Jen offered me the current promo of $10 off Oil Changes. $70 was a good deal. VIP Seabrook is new and kept clean.
My second visit to the VIP in Seabrook to follow up on my concern with a noise when breaking as well as maintenance for my "older/high mileage" car. I was impressed with attention given by Mike (Mgr.) and Jenn (Service Writer) to explain the multipoint inspection recommendations. Both were very professional and accommodating to my schedule as well as up front conversations regarding the protentional costs....I was then and am still appreciative of the Seabrook NH VIP management team and their service technicians.
