Nobody who works here seems to know much about anything. I ask a question everyone looks to eachother in a panic as to who might know the answer. Maybe hire people who have work experience and not all in college with a tan?Aside from that, it's clean. Nice beds and booths. Pricey but none nearby to compare it to. Plus it has quality beds so I don't mind the price if that's all that is around.Plenty parking. Easy to get to and I like it's next to the supermarket Target TJ Maxx- so I can go to both/all quickly and not drive around everywhere.

Baylen and Shannon are literally the best. They hooked my friend and I up last minute coming in and we are obsessed. We literally are only going to this location from now on because they were so good.they are worth the 45 min drive. 100/10.

Salem location is by far the best. I’ve been coming to suntan city for many years. I have gone to numerous locations and will only come to salem. Eve and Julia are my personal favorites. Knowledgeable and kind, always letting me know deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. This location is by far the cleanest and most friendly. I will continue to drive here (other locations are closer to my house) but half the fun is seeing the girls! 10/10 recommend sun tan city Salem!
