We're very glad we chose Professional Building Services to replace the deck on our home and I highly recommend them. The office support staff is knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive to questions. And the workmanship, daily on-site timeliness, rapid project execution, and end results of our new deck was perfect. The entire experience with PBS was seamless and professional from start to finish.
Had another Trex contractor do a deck off the back of the house that did not feel solid from day one. After a couple "fixes" I got in touch with PBS. They shored up my existing deck and redid the stairs. Everything was solid as a rock from that point on. Had them back to replace a front porch to match the back deck and replace our entry door. Everything looks great and wouldn't hesitate to have them back for the next project.
We have just completed our deck project with PBS and we are beyond thrilled with the finished result. However the journey together was a '5 star' experience as well. When we first met with the team we not only had a vision -- but also the necessary permits - so it was 'go time'. In less than a month we went from hellos to an executed contract with a clear timeline of hitting a mid-June completed project.
