Okay, so I was really excited to try out the salt caves at the Bien Soigne Spa this past Friday, and let me tell you that I am so happy that I did! My girlfriend and I were over in Salem doing a little shopping and she asked if I wanted to try it and made the appointment.
I was so happy that we went! I could not believe how relaxed I was, and I realize when we were leaving that I felt less achy and my knee that was replaced felt really fabulous as well. It was very relaxing sitting there, and the music was so relaxing as well

Went this past weekend for the salt cave experience. I had been before but this time brought some friends who had never been so that they could experience the benefits of the salt cave. The spa itself is soothing and wasn't very busy on this early Saturday afternoon. We had to wait for the other group with reservations for the salt cave before we could go in. Upon entering the salt cave, we were given instructions of what to expect while in the salt cave and the restorative effects of the salt. The service met my expectations the quality was on point and the vibe was relaxing with good conversation and treated respectfully. All my needs were attended to and met. I received a permanent and haircut and style. Isabel is an excellent stylist. The business is beautiful and peaceful and has a pleasant atmosphere. The price was very reasonable.
