Mistake was made on recent appointment, they took care of us right away. During cash I was cut in line by a woman dropping off a fecal sample…ok…no not a big deal. Well this woman goes off on the counter person and threw the poop at her!!!! Counter person remained calm and professional. I yelled at lady outside. I’ll go to these guys forever

Bansfield at Tuscan Village is absolutely wonderful. They treat my dog with love, kindness, and respect. All of the staff is incredible. We love Dr. Barker.
The staff here got us in for Minnies comprehensive exam within a day. After our terrible experience at Chelmsford. They were amazing.
I want to personally thank each & every person there for being the kind hearted human beings they are.

Stephanie just helped me in a way I could never imagine! My puppy needs his simparica (2 weeks overdue) and it’s been sold out in his size ? I didn’t know Stephanie could make an order through chewy with our wellness plan information and got it sent directly to my house ? I can literally cry with the peace of mind she just gave me ? Stephanie went above and beyond!!! Thank you so much from Milo ? (he can’t wait to go for a hike and smell the flowers) lol.
