I tried to have a party here and put half down and was going to put down the rest and they assumed it was my party showing up early and none of my guest did they also had a wedding on the same day and blamed me i will never try to again now still waiting for my 150 back because she cancelled it on me and with how rude she was to me my fiance said we just wanted our money back the whole 150

The Rollinsford Legion was physically pretty standard for a New England Legion facility. The club was clean and well appointed. I went with a friend who is a member on a Thursday night when they cook and serve a meal in the club. That particular Thursday they were serving fish and chips and they were excellent. Even though I wasn't an alcohol drinker, no one made me feel uncomfortable. The atmosphere was very good with a young man singing classic rock songs by request and very professionally accompanying himself on the guitar. This Legion is well run with a neighborhood feel, I recommend it.

You need to be a veteran or related to one to become a member here. Friendly locals hang out here day and night. The drinks are cheap but good. Nothing fancy served here. There's a couple pool tables and huge bar in the bar section. You can rent the huge connected ballroom for large events of 350 or more. Price is about 600 -- 450 for members. We're having our class reunion here! There is also a smaller nice room upstairs that holds about 150. I've been coming here for years off and on and stop by if I need to see a friendly face.
