I have been going to Rochester Eye Care for over 30 years. Loved the senior Dr Herb but was impressed with the young Dr Clark recently as well! Very thorough exam. Everyone that works there is professional and courteous.

If it weren't for the rude and rigid scheduling person, this would be a 5 star rating. She refused to allow me to book an appointment without providing my insurance info-which was just a coupon based coverage so most was going to be out of pocket. So I was forced to call back or go elsewhere, and sadly they were the only optometrist that had availability sooner than 5 months out (of those I called). I asked upon my return call what happens if a person doesn't have insurance or will be paying out of pocket, she exclaimed that "that's OK. We'll take your money!"

Everyone was very kind here. All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable during my appointment. Searching for the perfect frames was a fun process and I found a pair that I really like.
