I can't comment on their cleaning as they never showed for their appointment. They called 2 hours after my scheduled time and said they can't make it due to last job took longer than expected. This was a Friday afternoon. I had left several messages for them to call but no one returned calls. The guy that called said someone would call to reschedule but no one did. I emailed and asked them to contact me and still no response. This was a disappointment since I had cleared out 3 bedrooms for them to clean the rugs.

I hired Arthur's Always Clean to do an almost impossible job of cleaning my newly bought house. The customer service at Arthur's Always Clean was amazing. They answered me right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate to clean three carpeted rooms and 3 tile and grout rooms. They accommodated my schedule and came out the next day! I cannot say enough positive things about them! As I remodel one side of my house (it is also a duplex), will definitely be using them for routine maintenance of both sides.
