Amie is kind, warm and very attentive. She listens to your needs and gives focused care to those areas while still encompassing the full body. She also has great advice for working any troubled muscles after you leave and between visits.

I felt tighter than a spring before it breaks and flys everywhere before my massage. After I felt more relaxed and my body was flowing more. I liked it a lot. You were attentive to me and my body, respectful, professional and informative. You were looking for feedback verbally and physically and noted both exceptionally well. First time ever getting a massage, not gonna lie, I was really nervous and had a hard time relaxing at first, but Amy helped me calm down and held space for me. I felt great walking out, very relaxed and calm. Amy gave me great advice for getting the best out of the massage from hydration to exercise, even some yoga and mobility to add to my routine. I am looking forward to going back soon.
