“Shoreline Const did a second job for us this past year. The did a new kitchen, a new bath and installed AC. They also totally renovated 5 other rooms. They were great. All went quickly and smoothly again. This time we had Mike in charge of the whole job. Dealing with Mike was easy and constantly made us feel confident that all was going well. “First let me say that the other (anonymous) review is total BS.I hired Ozzie to construct a second unit (ADU) for my mom to live in. After close to a year of daily interaction I can say you would hard pressed to find a more honest contractor. Ozzie and his brother handle all aspects of many types of projects and communicate well. I learned a lot from my time spent discussing various decisions and issues that always come up in construction projects.We also had them build an additional room onto the main house after the ADU was completed.Everything Ozzie does is always up to code and beyond. No corners cut.He will give you estimates in writing which were all pretty close to the final costs.
