Nice guy, returned my phone call, arrived on time and fixed the problem.My complaint is that he charged me an additional 3/4 of an hour at the full labor rate of $120/hr for his commute to my house in Kittery. He didn’t disclose this ahead of time, and I was under the impression that $120/hr is for a skilled labor, not driving.He said he’s coming from Stratham NH, but his business listing on Google says Portsmouth, so not saying he lied about anything, but my research ahead of time was misleading because of the listing error.I’d recommend being up front about your travel charge in the future, and setting it at a more reasonable rate.I paid him in full because I’m...read full review

Another plumber recommended replacing my water heater when it stopped working at a cost of over $3k. Jim offered to check what was causing the fault in case it could be repaired. He worked out it was just a blocked tube to the pressure switch and fixed it for a couple of hours labor. Didn't even need parts. Outstanding!Service: Water heater repair

4. He called me to follow up a week later on an unanswered question of mine!
5. What more could you ask for in a professional this day and age.
