Message:Hi - I was so so happy at your prompt service - great receptionist - and the plumber who came out was great. So polite and he solved the problem - He opened one drain - figured out the problem w the town working on our lines and left within 30 min.

I'm a first time Port City Plumbing customer and was very impressed at their responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process of fixing my toilet. I called Port City in the morning and my toilet was fixed that same afternoon. My building manager originally recommended Pettigrew, who never picked up the phone or ever returned my voicemail. Don't listen to the bad reviews about Port City- these guys will be my go-to plumbing service going forward.Service: Toilet repair
