Bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons, fascia…. Just ask, and he’ll be glad to share what he knows. When needed, he’s good at recommending appropriate stretches.
Sometimes, he does very deep massage, and even if it’s a bit uncomfortable, I’ve come to trust that it’s part of good sports massage therapy.
