I have NEVER experienced a low impact workout that has delivered the results and enabled me to work this hard - actively strengthening both primary muscle groups and stabilizing muscle groups around joints. I increased both my max pushups and situps in 2 minutes by 20% each and took 15 seconds off of my 1 mile run time. The group class was fantastic. Intense, even though I had been working out regularly for the last year+ but with appropriate adjustments for my fitness and abilities as well as for my injuries. Jackie did a great job and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her classes and Evolve for anyone looking for a group fitness class with a mindful approach.
