Also being a Massage Therapist, Shawn is an expert in foam rolling techniques, Active release therapy, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching techniques, Graston, Cupping, and injury prevention and care.
I took a shot in the dark to see if Shawn would just meet with me a couple of times to fine tune my diet for a half marathon I have coming up and he happily agreed! I know he has the knowledge and experience to do much more than that but I’m grateful he was flexible to work with me.
