I took a shot in the dark to see if Shawn would just meet with me a couple of times to fine tune my diet for a half marathon I have coming up and he happily agreed! I know he has the knowledge and experience to do much more than that but I’m grateful he was flexible to work with me. He spends a tremendous amount of time listening to me and assessing my needs, and designs a 100% tailored program that is constantly evolving to ensure that I meet my goals.
