The customer service is horrible checking in and particularly checking out. The girl in “reception” has attempted to over charge me each time I go in. The gift certificate had the tip in it and I was told they don’t do that combination. Did not say that on the web site at the time. Also, I was told the price had gone up even though it hadn’t at the time they bought the gift certificate! I now have a credit of $10 on that certificate and I’m sure that girl will give me a problem, she always has. I’m questioning that I will even go back for a pedicure or recommend this establishment.
I love so many things about Buff & File. It’s a convenient location with a wide range of options from gel and regular polish to dazzle dry application.
I can easily book an appointment online. People are pleasant and I never feel rushed.
My two negatives are the seating - low swivel chairs are uncomfortable for pedicures and also the manicure station is at a high top in very close quarters. I don’t mind paying for quality & service but comfort is a factor! Very limited walk in service. Book ahead!
Edit: They have swapped out the swivel chairs for high back chairs at the pedi stations. Thank you ?
Lauren did an amazing job on my nails.
Quite disappointed that I got charged for services that weren't provided because was told I booked it wrong. And the services were drastically different between both children that were there. An extra $100 is not good business practice. Will not return.
